The governments I deal with are not in the slightest confused about that question: <Government, corporations, where does one end and the other begin?> They see my corporate piles of money and say "gimmee that money". I have yet to find a government ATM from which I can download cash from them to my corporate interests. In the case of Vector they say "We will tell you how much profit you are allowed to earn". Once again, they are not at all confused about the matter.

It's amusing that Occupy Wall Street wants more government while moaning about the amount of government they have already got. Like alcoholics demanding a cure for their hangover by being given a crate of whisky each.
