Have you tried using the PrtScn key than pasting to Paint then saving the image as a jpg?

What browser are you using? I was thinking Firefox with the add-on toolbar that is at the bottom of the browser, there is a red X right above the Start button for Windows. Maybe something in the add ons is in that bar. Just guessing here.
