A fellow investor called Millenium this afternoon and was assured by the gentleman on the phone (he thinks it was Gary) that the production agreement would be announced by Friday.

James, Seems like everybody is getting in Kaz this week. Lots of money being thrown around. I would have expected to see little aipn mentioned somewhere. Hope we get a pop out of PSA. Someone said assurance was given that before Friday or by Friday. Hope it is before 4 EST on Friday.
