Using Print Screen is very easy.

Get the the screen you want to capture
Hit the Prt Scn key
Open Paint (Start, Programs or All Programs, Accessories, Paint)
Edit
Paste
File
Save As
Give it a name
Next to Save as click the drop down and select JPEG
