TI was going to market that solution to every xDSL vendor with or without owning AMTX.

If the AMTX holders can get more from TI, congrates. Westell's solution will still be based on the TI/AMTX solution which is almost complete, first half 1998. The way it stands now, Westell gets almost everything... customers, equipment, cash, etc.

I agree, Westell's relationships with Lucent, DSC and Nortel are important in competing against the data players ASND,COMS and CSCO.
