Dwight: Thanks for the response. The broker is a major broker, Smith Barney. I have used this individual broker for almost 20 years, and some of his recommendations have been real good, and some bad. SouthCoast has an office here in Austin, and he knows two of the analyst personally. The person my son talked to was a salesman, and probably would not qualify as an insider. When he asked about the stock, he got a much better reception at the booth, then when he was looking at their product. If you are interested, I will ask my broker if I can post his 800 number on SI, and you can call him and ask him questions, or get him to fax you the Southcoast report. Have a good day. Robby
