john. assuming an injunction will be filed, to whom and to what do you refer in your post: the lawyers up "here" ( ivax?) will have to explain " what [it] means to the rest of [us] ". do you mean the task of ivax lawyers would be to persuade the court of paxene benefits?? are you simply referring to the legal arguments to be struck; i am not following easily your post. thanks, randy.
