The same Colon Bowel who had us pull out of the first Iraq war too soon--so that the result was a second Iraq war a few years later?

The same Colon Bowel who ordered that the US troops sent to Somalia NOT have armored transport carriers--so that when the Blackhawk helicopter went down the trucks with CANVAS sides sent to rescue them had to turn back because their canvass sides were getting shot to pieces?
