I spoke with Fred Betz today to see if I could find out any recent news on the margin issue. He's still waiting to hear from the person that is reviewing the documentation. He said that the SEC tightened their reguirements at the beginning of this year but Topro fit "comfortably into the stricter rules". The only thing that could hold it up would be any additional paperwork that might be required, however he felt that he had submitted a complete package. He is expecting to hear something within two weeks or sooner. Jan
