LOL Yes I was being funny on that one.. foreign aid doesn't go to the folks.. it goes to enrich higher ups.. that was only to point out the even greater wealth concentration looking globally.. nothing good will come of that disparity domestically or otherwise.. it's always like that.. I hear they will be using new improved laser guillotines .. and lots of the wrong folks will get the wrong end... again.. It's always like that also..

The only foreign aid that know is really effective is when my folks go down to Cuba and help out a specific family there.. great progress has been made,, no one skimmed, no one got rich, but a family's life is improved by a hand up...

Not money. Capital. Capital must be invested where the big red columns are. These are emerging markets fat cow years.

Capital comes, negroes get pick and shovels and go to work. If they don't. We foreigners do in their own countries and they only watch.
