Luxembourg, Qatar, Singapore, Norway yes it depends on your outlook... Look at Canada 13th right after Ireland.. and we are the paragon in the recent crisis.. the economic envy of stability worldwide.. and we come second to friggin' (colloquial contraction :o) Ireland LOL.. yes all figures' interpretations are subjective to a degree.. I'm with you on that one :o) we still pay a lot more for almost everything up here.. don't get me going on gasoline :O)
