I forgot to mention, which is also significant, your social security will not be taxed nor will your capital gains... so, you can make a fortune each year and not be taxed at all with 999... also, there will only be a 9 % sales tax on new goods, nothing on used goods... so, if a poor person is living only on social security and buys only used items from those recycled goods store, then they will pay no taxes at all... these are replacement taxes, these are not additional taxes...
