Countries not built during fat cow years need to build infra in haste. Infra required to export materials and food will find financing. Rich countries must invest in that infra.

Reason: They will bid for the same quantity of food and materials the emerging markets are gorging in.

No one wants a Days of Rage fuelled by food and housing pricing...

Best way to get really get financially independent. Do they also know their luxurious over the top McMansion and the expensive sports car are huge liabilities that contribute little to building equity over time?
