I've posted this before: Here's my top of the head ideas on how we can get more jobs: Sign executive orders approving the shovel ready KEYSTONE XL pipeline, allowing Shell to drill on its leases in the Arctic, and removing water restrictions on behalf of the delta smelt in CA. Speed up the GOM permitting process before more rigs are sent overseas. Stop shutting down coal mines and power plants. The EPA killed another 500 jobs the same day Obama announced his jobs plan: Message 27633533 Immediately suspend Obamacare pending its reversal. Let Boeing open the plant they built in South Carolina. Suspend all new regulatory changes for the rest of Obama's administration. Freeze federal pay rates till the budget is balanced. That's just off the top of my head. All of the above would create new jobs and or improve our economy. See the other side has real ideas that will lead to real jobs. Unlike Obama ... not even Democrats think Obama's bill will do anything. Here's a secret, the Democrats don't even want Obama's bill passed.
