It seems that it might be in order for me to elucidate for Ms. "Mentally Challenged" (who seems to able to think only one step ahead in a logical chain)-- My brain is very small, does not reside in my glans penis and _therefore_ can fit through the eye of a needle. If on the contrary, my little brain were in my dick you would need surgery to be able to accomodate my brain. There was something else I had in mind, which you don't seem to have been able to gather yet.
