<<Imo the entire Detroit area including the burbs have lousy food>>

Absolutely correct. I had big problems finding anything good to eat in Detroit, when I stayed at the Motor City Casino Hotel. I had to eat at Subway twice to find anything half way decent to eat.

When I was At CoAmerica Park in late June, they had a ceremony making immigrants American Citizens. All I heard was baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and chevrolet. They were asking the crowd to stand up and recite the pledge of allegiance. In NYC, it is extremely rare for a kid to stand up and recite the national anthem.

The only thing I could think of using the American flag for would be to wipe my ass and then send it to GM and Chase.
