Out of curiosity, how does one reactivate a unit once deactivated? What remains of it to be reactivated?

Once deactivated, the only thing that is left are the unit colors and history. Everything else is absorbed by the army.

Reactivation begins with a unit designation. Reactivating a previous unit is done for many reasons.
I believe the 3rd was deactivated because they had the Africa mission previously.
