I haven't seen any mention on this thread about the shenanigans going on with the president of the company and a partner in another deal. I don't quite understand the possible implications but it involved 1 million shares, offshore accounts, and miss-direction of shares. Check it out on Canada-Stockwatch under the symbol NHM. Does anyone have any view on this they'd like to share. Could this be part of the problem with confidence in the company?

This is a plausible analysis of the situation. I am continuing to stay long and I hope the others in our thread group will do the same.

If there is some form of unfriendly takeover on the horizon, as you point out we will probably hear something by the annual meeting. It would be good if one of us smaller shareholders could be at the meeting to report back to us.
