An earned income tax credit is very unfair to those who don't have any earned income. I don't think Warren Buffet has any earned income.

If you think Cain's 9% sales tax is regressive then so is the state of Washington's 9% sales tax. In many other states the poor pay no state income tax and a much lower sales tax. The compassionate democrats who run your state are taxing the poor at a higher rate than evil governor Perry in Texas. It is 6,25% in Texas. kenny is just going to have to get used to the idea that he's going to have to pay his fair share. Liberals can't handle the concept of "do as I do". They like to boss people around and spend everyone else's money. KENNY, WHEN WILL YOU START PAYING YOUR FAIR SHARE?
