Mike < loaned the company $150,000 and got 500,000 shares as collateral. He
said Morgan wouldn't return his phone calls about getting repaid, and
when the stock started running, he was told by Morgan that he could sell
some of the collateral shares.> It was a long conversation he may have mentioned that it was a loan but I remember without doubt that Gary and/or Roland want money and there was a problem there, thats when Meyar called mork or mork called meyar. Not sure which way it went.
Again, I have no first hand knowledge and the courts will deal with this.
