How many employees do you have? Is your office in your home? Do you file as an S corp or LLC? Do you ever siphon off profits for personal stuff?

You could be taking $1000s in dividends (instead of salary) thus avoiding SS and Medicare taxation.

the IRS doesn't like that. You avoid payroll taxes that way. An IRS audit will be bad for you.
