I thought you were'nt a lawyer? Time is a real bug with you. Relativity you are not in tune with. Take a step backwards..ask yourself..if PART OF AURICS process was needed to be more fully understood..or a COMPETING PROCESS was needed TO BECOME more fully understood..then do you THROW out the Auric BEFOR or AFTER the REPLACEMENT is KNOWN??? ?
