Since Amazon does not have cheap used copies ( amazon.com ), your choices are buy for full price from Amazon (which is close to secondhand prices on Abe Books) or try to watch second-hand bookstores in your town for an accidental deal.

However, since Amazon offers $21 for trade-ins only non-tech-savvy secondhand booksellers will sell it for less. :/

There might be some Canadian angle that I don't know though :)

Armi, the book you are looking for is expensive because it is required reading for some college courses. One of the biggest margin ripoffs going. Not the book but pricing for college texts. I would suggest trying your area college bookstores for a used copy in good condition.
