Dave,

As with all signal events, VOLUME is the key. I expect you to have the word VOLUME at the top of every page in your seminar notebook. Just ask the Annapolis attendees. They all left the hotel not with goodbyes (see you next year yes) but with signals on volume on their minds (I hope).
