Bottom line, I think, is Riley believes the company will not make squat for EPS because of the share dilution. Gary thinks it is irrelevant because the public float is so small. I tend to go with Gary on this one. Demand will drive the price, not EPS. There are hundreds of penny stocks out there that tell you that every day. This stock, if profitable, will be very much in demand -- with 1.2 million available to the public -- it is going to move. I also tend to belive that this company will easily have EPS no matter what the float is. They are not diluting to line their pockets, they are diluting to make what appear to be good deals. Management seems like they know what they are doing. Time will tell -- as always. I have bet on MIDL and I do not believe I or Gary or any of the other "supporters" of the stock will be proven wrong.
