Are YOU ever deluded! It's the LACK of "intervention" during the Bush years, when the "regulators" were told their new job was facilitator, that the bubble occurred. Greedheads ALWAYS cause bubbles! It's the greedheads that started believing that RRE never went down, only up. It was the greedheads that thought ANYTHING "dot com" was a winner. It's government that's supposed to pull the punchbowl away!
