One final note... class B stock is a REAL issue.
Every class B share issued just means the profits are spread that
much more. Even if they don't convert their B shares until 1998,
the profits must still be divided by the fully diluted share count
to arrive at the Earnings Per Share -- SEC rules.

Maybe you don't care about EPS, but other investors do. It's what
drives share price. Bye for real...
