In my opinion of all the suits is your last statement is prob right on. My experience with bankruptcy courts has been the trustee keeps things going so long as they can draw their monthly fees. They will also look out for the lawyers. I was standing outside a courtroom in the hall ( this is why they call the courts halls of justice the only justice you get is out in the halls ) with a group of lawyers and the trustee asked them if they needed more money which was given to them before any creditors got a dime. I have little faith we will see a dime. If the SEC turns the money over I am sure after the lawyer fees are paid there will not be enought money left to buy enough gas to prime an ants motorcycle :-) I do want to say though I really do appreciate all you have tried to do and if anyone deserves anything it is yourself I wish you the best.
