Ron 70% figure came from the co.
I also used their forecast of 12 - 13 mil rev for 98.

I will start posting information when I receive it, hopefully later this morning. I want to go through the S1 and hope it is included, I did not specify that filing. The information posted to date has been information found on the net, (revenue projections...)

The $28 million for acquisitions in 1998 I will be focusing on too.
This will tell us much about their business plan and how they will meet their anticipated goals.

The financials are where we start.
