Why don't you find and talk to the buyer that gave you "the profit". Did he sell before bubble burst to another sucker? Or he is still paying inflated mortgage?

Ask him, how does he feel about having transferred some of his wealth to you? -g-

Right now I see wealth destruction all around.
Not enough Google's or AAPL's. Too much fraud, too much money printing.
