Citrix spokesman Steve Reso said the company has not released any news that would affect the stock and has no plans to release any news that would be perceived negatively.
''We know of no reason why the stock should have been behaving the way that it did,'' Reso said.

Compare to today:

Citrix said it was not aware of any material dvelopments affecting the company and that the statements do not represent a change in management's outlook for the company.

Given the recent insider selling (also a bunch in February), I would guess that this story is not over yet.
