Hi Linda,

Long time no posting! How have you been?

Don't you think that dilution of the BORL stock is an issue in the current
price?

Has anyone worked out the percentage of new shares, and therefore the
percentage the stock price is diluted just by the additional shares?

I am wondering if even though the acquisition is healthy for the company
on the longer term, perhaps the price of Borland stock will remain lower
for a while because of the additional shares.

What do you think?

That's what's scaring momentum guys for the past two days. But once
BORL releases positive news within a week or so, they'll all forget.
They don't care for fundamentals, but they do care for perceptions
and trend. We just have to recognize it's nature to take advantage
of it. When volume dries up and goes further down on low volume, it's
time to buy back your calls or buy stocks. So I'm waiting patiently.

take care!
