Well nice to hear you had time for a haircut, hopefully it was not to your net worth. :}

It is good to hear that you are giving time to family as well as business and markets.

As far as Hong Kong properties versus Florida properties there is no need for lengthy debate.

For me buying for a fraction of replacement costs and a positive cash flow return is a low risk,
high return strategy that has served me well over the years. I don't care really what other peoples opinions are. If you can find the same risk/reward in HK then power to you my friend.

Glad to see you posting more, you are one of the few posters I bother to read.
