Dennis, Companies need to stand up and fight these suits and not roll over and settle. In one of my jobs over the years I worked for a small company that was run by a the owner - and I mean actively run. Occasionally we would be sued or legally challenged over some obscure issue. The owners response was to go on the war path. Not only would he say no to the easy lure of a settlement he would say hell no. And guess what - he would win. As a result the legal issues were few and far between. As an aside that was the job where I did a lot of work with H2 - and learned to respect that little molecule. Bob
