Remember at this time the Germans had radar guided missiles launched from FW190's that shot down B19's. they turned to wire line guided when the British jammed this. They even had specially shaped and coated stealth submarines that absorbed asdic and radar. American artillery was fired by mobile tube radar made by GE. 30 guns were targeted by one unit. It computed trajectory of german fire and calculated position and radioed firing info to group. 1944-45. Same units are used today with some updated electronics.
