Leif, you have the annoying (to Mr. Rhodes, most likely) habit of letting facts get in the way of a good rant.

Leif,

Face it, Caxton just came over here to lob a couple of unsupported CDMA grenades, then couldn't stand the heat when we asked for specifics. Personal opinion is great, and talking to salespeople is nice too, but everyone has an agenda.. even the all holy Qualcomm and their distributors. If we want to debate CDMA vs GSM, then lets look at the company profits or stock performance and compare that way.

As someone mentioned, ERICY and QCOM were both trading at $46 recently, after which QCOM has made a substantial move... to which I'd respond, that's great, but QCOM only made that move after sitting dead in the water for the better part of 2 years, while ERICY has more than doubled over the same timeframe (plus paying out dividends).

And as for being focused on the past, I'll admit, I enjoy looking back at all the money ERICY has made me, but expect similar gains in the future. If ERICY shareholders are "sitting backwards in our saddles", at least we've got a "horse" to ride (which is taking us forward anyway...), and not a one trick Shetland pony...

DWB
Long ERICY and loving it...
