think what's going on is Obama has nothing to brag about, no successes. His administration has found out with our drones and airpower and SF's we can overthrow tyrants in the third world pretty cheaply so he's out looking for third world victories .... thus Libya, followed up by pursuing some ragtag bunch of baddies around Africa. And what's funny is his formerly peacenik supporters are champioining him as an interventionist. Hypocritical as hell, but what else can they brag about?
