Frank, first about the weather. It never did get that bad between Seattle and Tacoma. As a matter of fact, my wife and I took a ride down to Tacoma (about 30 miles from my daughter's house) and it was pretty decent. Just steady rain. I hear that Seattle itself was worse. Yes, I think TXN is a buy also. This buyout of Amati will be great for them and give me a buying opportunity soon. I will wait until this news has been digested. Someone mentioned a price target of 200 last week, before the buyout announcement. I give you a link to a rambling post of mine. Only read it if you have a cup of coffee handy, it's long.
