This in itself is an erroneous conclusion. Insiders sell for a multitude of reasons several of which have been discussed at length since the insider sales began showing up in late Oct. I'd be concerned if more than 1 VP continued selling into November. Hendron's most recent sale appears to be isolated and is relatively small @ 28K shares. Furthermore, this is not new news. If it was going to drive ASND to the teens it would have occured by now.

This just is not necessarily true. Insiders sell for many reasons. Most of their shares are in the form of options that could have been bought at very low prices. The only insider activity that you can truly draw any conclusions from are when they are buying because while there may be many reasons for selling there is only 1 reason to buy.
