I was expecting disappointment for this past quarter. I'm not surprised, disappointed or even fazed by the downturn in prices. I was and continue to expect a great Xmas quarter.

Its not like they didn't kick ass. Personally I thing for the near term everything is fine at Apple.

I'm far more worried about Greece etc.

Uh, no. Not like that, since speculation about iPhone sales in Q3 is one thing, while actual sales numbers reported by Apple and AT&T are another.
Let's make a wager. If Apple doesn't sell more than, say, 25 million iPhones in this quarter, I'll buy you a share of AAPL. If they do, you buy me one.
