Forget the house. Buy the fields around it: There was a time that those fields (surrounding the house in the photos) and the hands working on them created and supported that wealth. This time is going to come back:

Beautiful...........but have to upgrade heating system(see wood stove below staircase - pipe goes straight into wall...gets too hot....should be a double pipe... But..good luck........Paul
