Short of putting a propeller on the roof of your car and providing additional solar loans to Finnish companies and blaming Chinese dumping for the uncompetitive position of the US solar industry that is rigged with related parties to politicians mostly on the left, in an effort to distract and misdirect attention from the egregious Solyndra scandal, one cannot do anything. The Sierra Club has the flailing democrats by the gonads and not even Harry Reid who wanted to propose essentially the Pickens Plan could muster the cajones to move it to the Senate floor despite all of the talk and buzz. Our Obozo could improve the economy instantaneously by simply resigning and getting out of the way. Talk about an immediate boost in consumer confidence and uptick in the Univ. of Michigan Sentiment Index! How a community organizer (with a SSN that does not pass E-Verify and is inconsistent with his supposed origin (numerically as SSNs are organized)) is qualified to lead a country without ever earning a paycheck from the private sector is beyond me.
