Kadaffy's backdown on nukes is what caused the shutdown of AQ Khan's proliferation for bucks program. You don't know when Libya would have been able to develop nuclear weapons if the program hadn't been abandoned 8 years ago. I will add its hilarious to see you crowing like a chicken hawk over the death of Kadaffy.
