The indicator also turned slightly positive in late August before plummeting to it's most recent low. So we shall see. It is worth pointing out that the market generated a seriously oversold total on this last low one that has only been 4 or 5 times in the past 20 years. The issue remains of are we arriving at an ominous phase of John Mauldlin's "EndGame"

There is talk about a new Treasury for 17 members of the Euro Union with the headquarters either in Paris or Frankfurt.

Paul, the one thing that is throwing me is that when I run that calculation using the same symbol on stockcharts, on a weekly basis. It's showing me the last low as being -4770 and your chart is showing the low being at -4000 or very close to that.

Why the difference??? beuller, buller, anyone, anyone?
