Jeff, it may have been the web master that shut down the site. I for one do not think deepcapture.com should have been shut down. I beleive Patrick Byrne has the right to make a complete fool of himself which is gauranteed under the 1st amendment right of free speech.

I certainly have no fondness for them or their site, but I find it very difficult to believe that the site is off-line as a results of an Canadian court order to the site's hosting ISP or registrar, as both are U.S. based. Perhaps the site operators have some connection to Canada and did so voluntarily.
