The key to Zenith's future strategy/course of action (choice of Board members) will be largely determined by Mr. Nam Woo. A few months ago, LG sent Mr. Woo to the US to serve as Zenith's Executive Vice President. Within LG ranks, Mr. Woo is known as the key LG strategist.

As the highest possible compliment, my read is that Nam Woo is on the same page as Master Sun Tsu and Bill Gates: "every battle is won before it is even fought" and "know your enemy, know yourself and you will win 100 battles".

I'm probably the largest individual owner of Zenith stock and one of the most devoted to the recovery of the company (including successful partnership results with LGE). Concerning Zenith board membership, it's Mr. Woo's call.

I propose that we give Bob Utne our collective proxy vote for next
shareholders meeting - I will start it off with my 2,000 shares -
every share counts -
>>

That's a great idea, James. I put in my 500. Not much but had I
invested more I wouldn't have survived a heart failure :)

I would appreciate if somebody can explain what needs to be done
(by email or in the forum) if someone has to be made a proxy.

Thanks,
Kalyan
