OK, Ken. . .We already own WDC (most AXC holders)

Had to come back in at these prices. . .

I miss LJD (Lisa), and James, and MaryBeth. . . Perhaps they see this as an opportunity? Sorry to those (Ken, Hal, etc. . .) who have held through thick and thin. . . but I seld (solded?) past tense for sold? - - - when we hit SIX. . . and I am not disappointed. But I'm in again for a company that had roots here in Rochester New York (Wollensok Corporation, [spelling?]). . . and I, as a teen (30 years ago), was enamoured with their product, ie, magnetic recording. . it went hand in hand with MacIntosh tubed audio equipment. . . as well as Revox equipment. . .

Ken,
>>.... I see Ampex going even lower in the near future.<<

One thing is for certain, you can't go against the trend, and AXC is on an ugly trend downward. I think all of us hope that AXC will establish a base here, but who knows what will happen? Every time I think it has leveled off, it moves down further; I suppose due to tax-loss selling in combination with a lack of any new exciting developments out of the company.

The market is short term inefficient, and frankly, at this point, I believe we have a tremendous opportunity before us, which I am taking advantage of (I am at 65% of my goal to achieve a full position in AXC by year-end). The lower the price goes, the more shares I will get for the money.

Best of luck,
Wayne
