This is written in regard to logging in Oregon. Now let's get to the nitty gritty. What other businesses and industries are doing the same. Is are Federal Government doing the same? Are illegals or legal illegals being given jobs rather than American Citizens who could handle the jobs very nicely and better? Anyone want to hire an American woman of age 49 who qualifies as a paralegal with excellent research and writing skills? Anyone want to hire an American woman with a Masters in teaching reading and English? Anyone want to hire an American woman to design your web site? Anyone want to hire an American woman or man to do telephone work and internet from their home? Part of the reason these people don't have jobs is they are 'too educated'. Or, don't qualify for special consideration under some esoteric law. Or, they are faced with closed shops especially in the fields of education. Or, they are faced with discrimination due to age---i.e. 49 not old; however when one is interviewed by a 30 year old or 35 year old------49 is old. "Right now there are 14 million job seekers in the U.S. and three million job openings." Wyden said.
