The decision to remove our troops from Iraq was made by the Bush Administration in signing the SOFA agreement and, under law, could only be undone by vote of the Iraqi Parliament.

All the muslim countries are spitting at weakling Obama

That includes Pakistan, Iraq, Iran.

They see a weakling and that cues them to act as they are now doing.
