> Looking at some of the elections recently like in NewYork, and the loss of some leading Jewish American politicians, President Obama may have already gone too far.

Bush nor any other Repugnican politician would NEVER have the GUTS to do the right thing and look out for the human rights of the Palestinians.

So even with your name calling, you agree with my opinion concerning President Obama losing the American Jewish vote. That's a starting point.

>Gadhaffi thought he could be next.

Musings of a lunatic dictator are meaningless. Fact of the matter is that Bush never did go after him did he? Gadhaffi had WMD's and Saddam didn't. It cost over a Trillion to dislodge Saddam, and a $1Billion to rid Gadhaffi. Right wingers love a good invasion and shooting guns. That's what was missing for them with Gadhaffi.

What do you think made Gadhaffi turn over all of his nuclear and WMD programs to President Bush?

Bush was no humanitarian. Instead of focussing on his idiotic blood revenge invasion against Saddam, he could've dedicated more resources towards Darfur/Sudan, where genocide was happening and al Quaida had refuge. NGO's couldn't operate there because of the security risks. Similar situation in Somalia. Many died because of GWB's incompetence.

What's that got to do with President Obama extending President Bush's policies, even increasing troops levels beyond what President Bush committed? Even disregarding that, President Bush followed the 1998 policy of regime change in Iraq, with bipartisan support, and signed by President Clinton.

And then there are the many speeches made by politicians which remain a public record of why the US should invade Iraq:

Curious to read the democrat's quotes just before President Bush invaded Iraq.

OIL was the only reason for going into Iraq.

Oil was the only reason for going into Libya by England and France. 85% of Libyan oil exports are shipped to Europe. President Obama saw a chance to improve his poll numbers by tagging along just like he did in Egypt. A no lose situation, something he has done all of his career, profiting from his community organizer experience. If it blows up in his face, he walks away and blames someone else, if it turns out alright, his supporters rally around him.

If President Obama would work as hard on America as he does his image in the foreign press, we might see things improve here at home.
